Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for supporting my work! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from my studio to your door.

Dispatch Schedule

I aim to get your artwork and handmade items to you as quickly as possible:

• Orders placed before Noon on Tuesday → dispatched Tuesday afternoon

• Orders placed before 5pm on Friday → dispatched Saturday morning

• Orders received after these times will be processed on the next scheduled dispatch day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Shipping

• I currently ship within the UK only via tracked courier & postal services.

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct — I can’t be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Delivery Times

• Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch.

• Occasionally, courier delays may occur due to weather or other factors outside my control.

Returns & Refunds

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email me as soon as possible at [email protected].

• Standard returns and refunds are handled in line with my Terms & Conditions.
